Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5 to 8 business days after processing.

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

• Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages & Issues

• Qimam is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
